Compacting a Microsoft FRx Database

1. On the Company menu, click Specification Sets. The Specification Sets dialog box appears.
2. Note the location and file name for the Specification Set. Make a copy or backup of that file. Click Close.
3. On the Admin menu, click Organization. The Organization Information dialog box appears.
4. Click the SysData button. The SysData Directory dialog box appears.
5. Note the location of the SysData folder and click OK.
6. Browse out to the SysData folder and then make a copy or backup of the FrxSys32.mdb file.Verify that all other Microsoft FRx users have closed Microsoft FRx.
7. On the File menu, click Compact FRx Database. Select either Current Spec Set Database, FRx System Database or FRx Queue Database.
8. When prompted to Compact Now, click Yes.
